Invitation to Participate in the Joint International Scientific Conference Organized by the National Agency for Research and Development of the Republic of Moldova (NARD24-233) and the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia (SRNSFG)
The conference will take place on October 29-30, 2025, in Tbilisi.
The main goal of the conference is to share experiences and enhance cooperation between specialists from Georgia and Moldova.

The conference will focus on the commercial potential of the non-traditional horticultural crop, mini kiwi (Actinidia arguta Planch), in the context of climate change.
The conference is open to representatives from both the scientific community and the private sector, particularly those interested in strengthening the sustainability of horticulture through biotechnological approaches.
The two-day international conference will cover the following research topics on mini kiwi cultivation:
- Biology, breeding, and variety studies
- Biotechnological tools and approaches
- In vitro propagation methods and techniques
- Climate change impacts
- Cultivation and agronomy
- Integrated pest management
- Post-harvest handling and processing
